It’s Taco Tuesday and today, I’m going to tell you about one of my favourite places to write and eat tacos, La Cara on Main Street. I used to come here all the time when they first opened and I was working at the TD right across the street.
The Pros
Tacos! Seriously, the tacos here are phenomenal. My favourite tacos are the Pollo Asada tacos that they serve. Though, I do want to note that they have different dine-in and take out menus, so keep that in mind when you order from this place.
Free refills. Unlike at Titan Tavern, you can get free refills of pop at La Cara.
The Cons
DO NOT even attempt to write and eat here. Seriously, these tacos are drippy and you do not want to share your warm, drippy taco goodness with your keyboard. You’ll want to whip out your writing implements before and after taco time, not during.
